Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the accounts and finance function of the clinic and manage the accounts team.
Oversee bookkeeping, GST, TDS, statutory compliance and timely filings.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, MIS reports and cash-flow analysis.
Coordinate with auditors, banks and vendors and control receivables/payables.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation and Tally/ERP software.
Leadership, analytical and team-management skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.
Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com; CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred.
Experience
6-10 years in accounting/finance with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
